Amazing opportunity to work with our clients, who are based close to Chelmsford, Essex and who specalise in both UK & International bespoke design, production and installation of classic interiors, covering luxury private residences plus historic landmark properties & palaces.   

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with a proven track record within the Business Development sector, specifically within the interiors market or very similar.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the firm's client base.

  • Develop relationships via networking opportunities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract prospective clients.

  • Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized design solutions.

  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with property agents, developers, hotel managers and other industry professionals to generate referrals and leads.

  • Attend networking events

  • Business lunches and events as required

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.

  • Stay informed about changes in mortgage regulations and industry developments.

  • Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Pipeline Management:

  • Manage and update sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance metrics.

 Skills & Expertise:

  • Experience working within a Sales or Account management environment

  • Excellent client relationship building skills

  • Excellent client management, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • 3+ years similar work experience

  • Preferable experience includes working within a luxury sales sector dealing with high calibre clients
