Photocopier Engineer / Field IT Engineer - Letchworth Based

Portfolio of services includes Managed Print Solutions, technical support services, large WAN network design and securities, application development, cloud technologies and project management to name a few. Forward thinking company investing heavily in technologies giving our engineers the right tools for the job to deliver time efficient services to all clients.
We are looking for an engineer that will have a split role, spending half of their time working the managed print team, whilst also assisting the IT team by going to clients’ sites to manage basic equipment installations and other basic IT tasks.
Ideally the successful candidate will live within a 30-mile radius of our Letchworth offices where you will be based.

Key responsibilities for this role will be:
Experienced and Certified Copier engineer, preferably with knowledge on Kyocera, Lexmark and Konica Devices
An interest in basic IT Support / Hardware
Field engineering Experience.
Troubleshooting / repairing Copiers and Printers
Delivering and installing PC’s, Laptops, Phones etc.
Assisting Project Managers with more complex IT installations

Good analytical/problem-solving skills, especially in continual service improvement.
Ability to work well under pressure with an eye for detail.
Passion for technology.
Willingness and enthusiasm to learn is essential with a can-do approach.
Self-motivated and organised.
Must be a team player.
Full UK driving licence required (preferably clean). You will need to be over 25 years old to drive company vehicles.
Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00. Holiday entitlement of 22 days plus bank holidays.
Option to use your own vehicle and claim mileage for client site visits or access to company vehicles if you are over 25 with a good driving history.
