Basic Salary: £30,000-£35,000

Fantastic opportunity for a System Support Specialist to join our well-established client within the rail industry.


Further details:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Assure CMS (web and app based)

  • Update support tracker and escalate support queries to third party developers where required

  • Manage annual license renewals and pricing structure

  • Deliver system training to clients

  • Meeting/liaising with clients on bespoke developments

  • Provide system demonstrations along with heading up sales and any tendering processes in relation to prospective clients

  • Managing client contracts, including the arrangement of Escrow agreements via a third party

  • Communicating updates to clients

  • Creating guidance documents along with video tutorials

  • Building new Assure CMS client sites including smart templates

  • Maintaining the domain names, SSL certificates and websites

  • Acting as first line support for internal IT issues

  • Creating and updating marketing content on social media platforms

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Office 365 knowledge

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Able to work within a team

  • Exceptional knowledge of software related to own area if specialism

  • Understanding of GDPR

  • Knowledge of manipulating and cleaning data in Excel

  • Keen to learn new skills

  • Confident communicator

Desirable:

  • Vocational qualification

  • Experience with SQL

  • Experience using WordPress and Camtasia software

  • Marketing experience (social media)

On Offer:

  • Salary up to £35,000

  • Working hours 8.45am – 4.45pm

  • Based in Basildon – Parking Available
