We are excited to be working hand in hand with this client who are seeking a passionate sales manager to work with a growing list of customers and to deliver on the new company sales strategy.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about early education, with a proven track record in sales within the school or nursery sector. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Knowledge of early years and school equipment is essential for meeting customer needs and providing tailored solutions are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and service, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Attend events and conferences to expand network and promote company products.
Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in early years industry.
• Strong knowledge of the school and nursery market.
• I.T proficient including excel.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
