Senior Recruitment Consultant required for our client based in Chelmsford who specialise in all forms of IT vacancies within Europe & USA.

Our client operates in the Tech environment, assisting clients based all over Europe & USA with their specific requirements from placing candidates within such opportunities as being a leading Software Engineer, Senior Data Enginee to Back End Developers.

The role:

In the Senior Recruitment Consultant role you will be primarily responsible for supporting existing relationship and building new ones.

The responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a candidate who can problem solve at all levels.

  • Manage your own desk & clients.

  • Generate new business and develop client relationships from telephone and face to face activities.

  • The ability to negotiate best pricing

Ideally we are looking for candidates who have previous knowledge & experience of this environment but will also look at Recruitment Consultants who are looking for a new & exciting challenge.

The Package:

  • The basic salary for the Senior Recruitment Consultant role is from £27,000 plus great comm & package
