We are seeking a skilled, practical, and hard-working individual to join our dynamic team within the automotive industry. Working across renowned brands including Vauxhall, Peugeot, and Citroen, you will play a key role in ensuring customer vehicles are serviced, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards, while also leading and mentoring a team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles.

  • Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues and resolve them efficiently.

  • Lead and support a team of technicians to meet daily workshop targets and ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Provide clear explanations of automotive repairs to customers and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Participate in in-house and manufacturer-provided training to stay updated with the latest techniques and innovations.

Requirements:

  • Master Technician certification and NVQ/City & Guilds (or equivalent Level 3 qualifications).

  • A valid UK manual driving license with no more than 3 points.

  • Proven experience with vehicle diagnostics and repair, ideally across multiple brands.

  • Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

  • Flexible and adaptable to new responsibilities and learning opportunities.

  • MOT Tester qualification is a plus, but not essential.

What We Offer:

  • OTE £60,000 (including £40k basic + commission on workshop labour sales).

  • A fantastic working environment with both in-house and manufacturer-supplied training.

  • Support with relocation costs (if applicable).

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8.00 am – 6.00 pm.

  • 1 in 4 Saturdays: 8.00 am – 1.00 pm.
